Maines & Associates is a full-service land surveying company serving northern Wisconsin with offices in Eagle River and Arbor Vitae. Our goal is to provide a high quality, professional service to our clients in both the public and private sector. We strive to understand our client’s objectives, provide practical solutions, and exceed expectations whether the project is large or small.

Over the years we have acquired the files of other surveying companies including: Favorite Surveying, SC, Foltz & Associates, Inc and Northwoods Surveyors to name a few. A lot of what we do is retracing the footsteps of the surveyors that came before us and having these records makes that possible. Whether you just want a copy of an old map or need an updated survey we can do that!

Using modern GPS / GNSS receivers, robotic total stations and the latest computer drafting software allow us to complete your project with accuracy and efficiency.

Whether you want to create a subdivision, convert a resort to a condominium, resolve a property dispute, adjust a lot line, or just understand what you own, we are happy to help. We take the time to understand the issues and your objectives, and we’ll work to find the right solution then guide you through the process.

We are happy to provide you with a free quote for your project and we always bill what we quote, so there are no surprises.

We survey across the entire state of Wisconsin but consistently work in Vilas, Oneida, Iron, Price, Lincoln & Forest Counties, including: Arbor Vitae, Eagle River, Conover, Crandon, Land O’ Lakes, Manitowish Waters, Mercer, Minocqua, Park Falls, Phelps, Rhinelander, Sayner, St. Germain, Three Lakes, Tomahawk and Woodruff.
